New housing development Adala Santander

Adala Santander is one of the few new construction developments located in the Santander center. Our project is located on Tetuán street, between Puerto Chico and the Canalejas neighborhood, in a quiet and semi-pedestrian street near the Paseo de Pereda. The area is very central and has good communications, with a bus stop several bus lines in the immediate vicinity (lines N3 and L20). In addition, it is located at side of the Tetuán or Puertochico tunnel, one of the main communication routes between the north and south of Santander, being also one of the main entrances to the city ??center.
