New housing development Aroca Valladolid

Aroca Valladolid is located in "Los Viveros", an expansion area located just 20 minutes walk from the city center, next to the "New Campus" of the University of Valladolid. The area has very good road communications (next to the VA-20 or Ronda Este de Valladolid, which circles the city) and by public transport ( urban buses 2, 8, B1, M2 and P1 in the area and Valladolid-University train station also in the environment). The "Los Viveros" sector is equipped with all kinds of services: restaurants, various supermarkets, the Barrio España Shopping Center, pharmacies, schools and a health center.
